the Company Name Comes From ---
The Name of this Company - Leader-Team Dynamics was not a
whim. Read on to get some ideas.
Leader
and Team are rather straight forward, however the word
Dynamics could be either of the words below. I prefer a
combination of "a Dynamic" Combined with the mechanics of
"the Dynamics". It is these team dynamics that so many
leaders have problems dealing with.

When I look at an effective LEADER, I see someone who is
able to take a team and get them moving all in the same
direction, with the same purpose and focus. It does not mean
they always agree, but when the decision is made the members
of an effective team know that their input was duly
considered.
TEAM...Sports & Games A group on the same side, as in
a game. 2.
A group organized to work together:
a team of engineers.
A team in business or in the military or any other
organization works best when everyone on the team
contributes. This is not to say that there will not be
conflict. In fact conflict is an important and necessary
ingredient for the success of the team. The effective team
however recognizes that conflict generates ideas and
possibilities that may not have otherwise been considered.

work together or not. Personality plays a significant role
in whether or not this interaction is one of success based
on mutual understanding or failure based on mutual distrust
and discontent.

can have either a positive effect or a negative effect on
the Team based on how the team reacts to the forces acting
upon it. This is conflict and while many view conflict as
negative, it is neither good nor bad but simply inevitable
and necessary. It is the Personalities involved and their
individual preferences that decides whether these forces are
going to cause positive or negative
